Charles joined the group over 7 years ago and brings a vast knowledge of the insurance industry as well as a varied background from his time in the engineering, logistics and oil industries. He has directed a number of major change and business transformational programmes during this time.
He was appointed Managing Director in 2009, leading the business through one of the best performing periods in its history with record growth and a number of major new partnerships secured. During this period, the business has also driven forward on a relentless pursuit of high quality customer service and a determination to add real value to the core business of its partners.
